Experience an evening of self-care & beach-yoga on Thursday, April 9th as we partner with SAHM "Stay at Home Mom's" Social Club!
All mama's are welcome to attend, not just those in SAHM.
Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just looking for a relaxing way to unwind, this class will be welcoming and beginner-friendly. Come stretch, breathe, and enjoy the sunset with other local Moms.
*for this class, just Moms/adults. This is a night without the kiddos to unwind and get some self-care.

START TIME 7PM
arrive at 6:40pm to park and settle in
Location: Upham Beach Park
6850 Beach Plaza, St. Pete Beach, FL
*Situated at the northern end of St. Pete Beach near Blind Pass, Northern end of St. Pete Beach, near 68th Avenue and Gulf Blvd. Please follow directions via GPS to UPHAM BEACH PARK
>>You must Pre-Register prior to the event, preferred one day prior but you can sign up same-day too! ***
WEATHER: We typically wait until start time to make a weather call and hold the class unless it is actively raining, windy, excessively cold etc. It is a case by case basis and you will be contacted by email if the event is canceled earlier in the day. In the event of inclement weather that causes our cancellation of class, your payment can be used for an upcoming event/class credits or will be returned & refunded, your choice : )
CANCELLATION POLICY: Tickets are non-refundable if you cancel, however you can gift or transfer your ticket to a friend for the same event! We cannot give refunds or credit if you have to miss for an emergency or personal reason.

ARRIVE early to ensure you get a spot.
DIRECTIONS:
Class is held by the rock jetty at The Secret Garden - Envoy Condos area
Enter the beach at the furthest to the right boardwalk bridge entrance by Caprice Condos
TURN RIGHT when you get on the beach and walk allll the way toward the furthest rock jetty and total end of the beach at the channel (the Secret Garden and ENVOY CONDOS)
It will take about 5-7 minutes to walk from the parking area so please plan accordingly.
