Wednesday, July 29th - Experience an evening of self-care in the form of a sunset & beach yoga as we embrace the energy of this Full Moon. This yoga flow is for all-levels & is a chance to connect with yourself & community during this powerful celestial event.
This Buck Moon symbolizes strength, growth, regeneration, and the peak of summer.
This is beginner-friendly & CO-ED - all are welcome!!
**START TIME 8PM***
*Sun set is at 8:20pm and we'll flow to candlelight the remainder of class! It will be dark out but we will have a little light from the candles!

WEATHER: We typically wait until start time to make a weather call and hold the class unless it is actively raining, windy, excessively cold etc. It is a case by case basis and you will be contacted by email if the event is canceled earlier in the day. Meet on the beach for a blissful vinyasa yoga flow led by Jenny Roberts.

We require pre-registration and advanced digital payment.
Expect chill vibes, reggae beats & yummy stretches mixed into a rhythmic, dynamic vinyasa flow.
This practice is perfect for all levels - super beginner friendly.
Classes are geared for everyone to follow, CO-ED, & get the benefits of yoga, no matter your age or fitness level.

Class is held by the rock jetty at The Secret Garden - Envoy Condos area
Enter the beach at the furthest to the right boardwalk bridge entrance by Caprice Condos
TURN RIGHT when you get on the beach and walk allll the way toward the furthest rock jetty and total end of the beach at the channel (the Secret Garden and ENVOY CONDOS)
It will take about 5-7 minutes to walk from the parking area so please plan accordingly.
