On Christmas Day we are having a Morning Yoga class on the beach. Start the day by moving your body & awakening your senses before any lingering social gatherings (or recover from holiday parties).
Jenny will lead your through a heart-opening & energizing yoga flow that's easy to follow.
*This is a CO-ED & BEGINNER-FRIENDLY Vinyasa yoga class.
Your $22 ticket includes the yoga class, a cooling lavender towel to use for our relaxing savasana & a vegan chai drink post-class.
COST: $22
We require pre-registration and advanced digital payment.
This practice is perfect for all levels - super beginner friendly.
Classes are geared for everyone to follow, CO-ED, & get the benefits of yoga, no matter your age or fitness level.

*Situated at St Pete Beach near The Secret Garden.
Please follow directions via GPS to UPHAM BEACH PARK
>>You must Pre-Register prior to the event, preferred one day prior but you can sign up same-day too! ***
WEATHER: We typically wait until start time to make a weather call and hold the class unless it is actively raining, windy, excessively cold etc.
In the event of inclement weather that causes our cancellation of class, your payment can be used for an upcoming event/class credits.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Tickets are non-refundable if you cancel, however you can gift or transfer your ticket to a friend for the same event! We cannot give refunds or credit if you have to miss for an emergency or personal reason.

Park Mobile Pay to Park spots
ARRIVE early to ensure you get a spot.
DIRECTIONS:
Class is held by the rock jetty at The Secret Garden - Envoy Condos area
Enter the beach at the furthest to the right boardwalk bridge entrance by Caprice Condos
TURN RIGHT when you get on the beach and walk allll the way toward the furthest rock jetty and total end of the beach at the channel (the Secret Garden and ENVOY CONDOS)
It will take about 5-7 minutes to walk from the parking area so please plan accordingly.
