On Mother's Day we are having a Morning Yoga class on the beach at beautiful Upham Beach!
Spots are limited (Only 18 available)
Whether you’re a mother, honoring a mother, or simply celebrating the nurturing energy within yourself, this gathering is for you.
We’ll flow through a gentle, heart-opening yoga class with the sound of waves as our soundtrack and the sun warming our skin.
After practice, each participant will choose from a Blue Lotus Floral Elixir (alcohol-free, CBD infused from Franny's Farmacy) OR a Cacao Tea (no CBD) and we will mindfully sip & set an intention for self-care and keeping our energy strong to care for others.
START TIME 9AM - Please arrive early to find parking (suggested arrival time at the parking lot is 8:30am)
Cost: $23 (includes yoga class, cooling lavender towel, herbal tea)

*This is an All-levels, BEGINNER-FRIENDLY "Blissasana" style Vinyasa yoga class.

LOCATION: Upham Beach 6850 Beach Plaza, St Pete Beach
WEATHER: We typically wait until start time to make a weather call and hold the class unless it is actively raining, windy, excessively cold etc. It is a case by case basis and you will be contacted by email if the event is canceled earlier in the day. In the event of inclement weather that causes our cancellation of class, your payment can be used for an upcoming event/class credits or will be returned & refunded, your choice : )
CANCELLATION POLICY: Tickets are non-refundable if you cancel, however you can gift or transfer your ticket to a friend for the same event! We cannot give refunds or credit if you have to miss for an emergency or personal reason.

ARRIVE early to ensure you get a spot.
Class is held by the rock jetty at The Secret Garden - Envoy Condos area
Enter the beach at the furthest to the right boardwalk bridge entrance by Caprice Condos
TURN RIGHT when you get on the beach and walk allll the way toward the furthest rock jetty and total end of the beach at the channel (the Secret Garden and ENVOY CONDOS)
It will take about 5-7 minutes to walk from the parking area so please plan accordingly.
