• Yoga-Dance Flow with Jenny, Bliss Fit Yoga St Pete: Flowing, mindful movement to release tension, activate the divine feminine & reconnect with your body (30 min)
• Tea Ceremony & Journal: Sip herbal tea blend & partake in a short manifestation journal session (30 min)
• Circle Share & Connect (30 min)
The yoga-dance section is for all-levels, YES EVEN BEGINNERS, and combines somatic divine feminine yoga-dance movements with vinyasa yoga
