Thursday, March 19th - Experience an evening of blissful beach yoga & a relaxing sound healing to honor the Spring Equinox, which occurs the next day, and the New Moon in Pisces, happening the day before.
So we are perfectly situated between two celestial events!
This is a CO-ED event, all are welcome!
The Spring equinox is a time of transition. The light is returning from the dark days of winter, and we honor and celebrate this time of rebirth and reawakening.

During this ceremony, we combine yoga to bring the body and mind to present moment awareness and a sound healing to revitalize the body and calm the mind.
This is beginner-friendly - all are welcome!!
Date: Thursday, March 19th // 7pm - 8:15pm
Cost $33
including 40 min. yoga with Jenny, 30 min. sound healing with Salena & a cooling lavender eye towel to use during class to help relax into the sand.
Location: Upham Beach Park
6850 Beach Plaza, St. Pete Beach, FL
*Situated at the northern end of St. Pete Beach near near 68th Avenue and Gulf Blvd. Please follow directions via GPS to UPHAM BEACH PARK
WEATHER: We typically wait until start time to make a weather call and hold the class unless it is actively raining, windy, excessively cold etc. It is a case by case basis and you will be contacted by email if the event is canceled earlier in the day if that is when the call is made. In the event of inclement weather that causes our cancellation of class, your payment can be used for an upcoming event/class credits.. In the event of inclement weather that causes our cancellation of class, your payment can be used for an upcoming event/class credits. If we cancel class, then you would be able to use the class credit for any class in Spring 2026 - please RSVP by email.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Tickets are non-refundable if you cancel, however you can gift or transfer your ticket to a friend for the same event! We cannot give refunds or credit if you have to miss for an emergency or personal reason.

DIRECTIONS:
Class is by the rock jetty/ The Secret Garden by Envoy Condos
Enter the beach at the furthest to the right boardwalk bridge entrance by the condos
TURN RIGHT when you get on the beach and walk allll the way toward the furthest rock jetty (the secret garden)
It will take about 5-7 minutes to walk from the parking area so please plan accordingly.
